Ongoing Groups > Failure to Launch?

FAILURE TO LAUNCH?  TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR FUTURE!

Do you feel stuck?  Are you trying to figure out what to do in life?  Are you overwhelmed and uncertain about your future?

Join us for a workshop series to help you discover your individual road map and empower you to launch your journey.

Week 1:  Who am I?
Uncover your strengths, values, and challenges and how to address them.
What interests and motivates you?  Creating the right mindset.

Week 2:  What do I want?
Whether to change jobs, return to school, find a job, relocate, or….
Create your own realistic goals -  Doing better versus doing your best.
Planning for potential obstacles and challenges.

Week 3:  How do I achieve what I want?
Create a toolbox to achieve your goals and initiate steps to launch.
Depending on your interests, create strategies to network, interview, draft a resume, move out, or perhaps it is something else!

Workshop Dates: TBD

Exercises will be completed at home prior to and during the workshop to help define goals and personalize your journey.   An individual coaching session will supplement the workshop between Weeks 1 and 2.

Weekly group coaching sessions (in person or by phone depending on attendees’ preference) will be offered at an additional fee for three months following the conclusion of the workshop.  While not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged to ensure follow-through, accountability and movement toward goals.

Workshop will be conducted by Marla Stone, M.A., a Life and Executive Function Coach, who works with teens and adults.
